As a caregiver to her husband of over 26 years, Elizabeth has been managing her husband, a blended family, and an insane schedule for years with a household of 4 kiddos! In 2005, the diagnosis of MS (multiple sclerosis) shook up their world like a snow globe. Elizabeth knew she would need flexibility in her schedule and income that had no ceiling – a profession in real estate.

Living in the beautiful scenery of Colorado, Elizabeth got her real estate license in 2007. That’s right, before the economic crisis of 2008–09. All Elizabeth knew was: it’s expensive to be disabled and her husband’s quality of life has always been a high priority for her. So she went to work. 

By providing first class service, using cutting edge tech, and being an active member of her community, Elizabeth quickly rose through the ranks. 

Elizabeth founded the first team for Keller Williams in Southern Colorado February of 2009.  By 2012, the team was #1 for the region of Colorado for the number of units sold, and expansion was next. The team ventured into surrounding territories and in 2015, Elizabeth was offered an opportunity to be a KW MAPS Coach.

Every step of Elizabeth’s professional career opened opportunities for her family to be generationally impacted and for the quality of her husband’s care to be nothing but the best.

Elizabeth is mutually supported by her husband and adult daughter Kaycee who is an entrepreneur in the entertainment space. A combo of her mom and dad! Together they co-habit in the foothills of Fort Collins CO with two dogs in house and two horses out on the range.

2020 was a BIG year in so many ways and for Eliazbeth professionally that was no different. In March of 2020, Elizabeth was certified at the ONE thing after years of using the power of working by priority to accomplish everything on her lifestyle business plan, from her real estate goals to her family dream equestrian property. In the summer, Elizabeth took the profession of coaching academically and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, a highly prestigious, globally recognized credential. This was followed by the professional acknowledgement of moving from Mastery Coach to Executive Coach within KW MAPS.

Elizabeth has coached over 10,000 hours, created high net worth individuals, built businesses that have stood decades through multiple real estate markets, built brokerages, real estate and auxiliary businesses.

In her 2nd decade in the coaching and consulting space, Elizabeth specializes in building real estate businesses to scale while designing the lifestyle you are living today, all while planning the lifestyle for tomorrow. 

Elizabeth leads with values and uses her Working Genius and Strength Finder attributes to support entrepreneurs in their quest for having an intentional life supported by a foundational real estate business.
